HoldingScope

Privacy notice

HoldingScope is a product of 4Ravu LLC. Last updated 22 October 2026.

This site is a coming-soon page. It has no accounts, logins or payments, and it does not ask for any portfolio or financial information.

What the sign-up form collects

If you choose interests but no email, we store the interests and the time only. That does not subscribe you to anything and we have no way to contact you. If you send the form again with the same email, we combine your interests and keep your original agreement; we do not tell the form whether an address was already on the list.

Why we collect it

Interests help us decide what to build first. Your email address is used only to tell you when HoldingScope launches, and only if you ticked the box. We do not sell your information or use it for advertising.

Where it is stored

Responses are stored in a dedicated database on 4Ravu’s own servers, separate from SmartRetireCalc’s retirement and portfolio data. Email addresses are not shown on the website or placed in page addresses, and are not part of any usage counts.

Logs, usage counts and security

Portfolio Lab link

“Try Portfolio Lab now” takes you to SmartRetireCalc, a separate site, which has its own privacy practices and sign-in rules. We do not share anything from this form with it.

How long we keep it, and removal

We delete sign-up emails and answers within 90 days after we announce the HoldingScope launch. If HoldingScope has not launched 24 months after you sign up, we delete them then. Answers shared without an email follow the same schedule. Deletion runs automatically every day.

You can ask us to remove your information sooner at any time: email privacy@4ravu.com from the address you signed up with, or tell us which address to remove. Answers given without an email have nothing attached that identifies you, so we cannot tell which ones are yours.

Backups. Deleting something removes it from our live database straight away, but it is not removed from backup copies immediately. Our database backups are deleted automatically 14 days after they are made, so for up to 14 days after we delete something a copy may still exist in a backup.
